Welcome to Naija Market Hub. We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Details

Please pay more attention to your order address which MUST MATCH your shipping address.
Items will be shipped within 3 days after payment. due to processing
Please check items when delivered, if damaged, please kindly reject it and contact us immediately. We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one or refund.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (where applicable).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (within Nigeria): 3–7 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and courier).
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions).

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local courier services to ensure timely delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Naija Market Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the courier, Naija Market Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
