Shipping Details

Please check items when delivered, if damaged, please kindly reject it and contact us immediately. We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one or refund.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK and Channel Islands: 1 –2 business days.
- International: 5–7 business days (depending on the destination and courier).
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions).

We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers or customers not being at home when delivery was made.
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the courier, Naija Market Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
