Shipping Details

  • Please pay more attention to your order address which MUST MATCH your shipping address.
  • Items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment due to processing
  • Please check items when delivered, if damaged, please kindly reject it and contact us immediately.  We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one or refund.

  • All orders are processed within 1– 2 business days depending on region (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (where applicable).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK and Channel Islands: 1 –2 business days.

    • International: 5–7 business days (depending on the destination and courier).

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions).

  • We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers or customers not being at home when delivery was made.

  • Once an order is marked “delivered” by the courier, Naija Market Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
